The Hunter Valley is my backyard and where I photograph 90% of all my weddings. We moved out of Sydney so that we could photograph more country-style weddings and I started this website because of my love for Hunter Valley weddings. I have been primarily shooting weddings in the Hunter Valley for over 10 years now. You can check out Cavanagh Photography to see more of our work in NSW and Australia.
I take on around 50 weddings per year.

Frequently Asked Questions
Unfortunately, we don’t hold dates. Our photography is booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. And it is not uncommon for multiple people to enquire for key dates throughout the year.
After your wedding venue, your photographer should be the next wedding supplier you book. The top Hunter Valley photographers will book out 12-24 months in advance.
The turnaround time is generally around 4 to 6 weeks, sometimes sooner. You will receive your photos through your online gallery where you can view, share and download the full resolution images.
Yes all the photos are fully edited to the style that you see on our website. They are adjusted for exposure, colour temperature, contrast and certain areas are darkened or lightened. We do not remove people from photos or distort body features or shapes.
You are also given a full set of images in colour and a full set in black & white.
