Accommodation at Spicers Vineyard Estate
There are 12 luxury guest rooms available at Spicers Vineyard Estate. Plus there is a separate four-bedroom home located towards the side of the property.
This is a great property where a couple can both get ready separately before the wedding and not see each other if they choose.
According to their website, they also require a minimum number of rooms to be booked to have your wedding there.
Ceremony Options at Spicers Vineyard Estate
Wedding ceremonies generally take place out on the lawn at the front of the property under a big Gum tree, just next to the restaurant.
The tree is a nice focal point for the wedding ceremony and as the sun sets behind it, so it gives some filtered light and shade for ceremonies. Which is really good for photography.
It is a pretty nice location overall, as it overlooks the vines and is close to all the amenities for your guests.
The wet weather option for ceremonies is in their library located near the reception area.
Wedding Photo Opportunites at Spicers Vineyard Estate
Spicers Vineyard Estate is located on eight acres of land and there are some good wedding photo locations available onsite.
There are some vines out the front of the property, manicured gardens and some good old Aussie bush around the sides.
Wedding Reception Options at Spicers Vineyard Estate
Wedding receptions take place in Restaurant Botanica and they can cater for seated weddings of up to 80 guests.
This is a really good restaurant with award-winning food and wines.

I have photographed a number of weddings at Spicers Vineyard Estate over the years and they are a good solid Hunter Valley wedding venue.
The onsite accommodation is perfect for couples on the wedding day. The wedding ceremony location is really nice, with some shade and a lovely backdrop.
It is a good size property, so there are ample locations for wedding photos. There are also lots of trees which will be great for shade and for photos out of the harsh sunlight.
This an accommodation and restaurant property that does weddings. It is not a dedicated wedding venue that just does weddings. As long as you go into it knowing this, then you should have an amazing wedding.
